This workshop is an introduction to the world of frame drums, open to participants of any level – including those that never played any instrument before!
We will explore the basics of a modern lap-style frame drum and take time to play together. You will get to know different traditional rhythms from the Mediterranean area, learn ways to compose your own grooves, and exercise rhythmicality in the movement. We will also pay attention to the body: its posture, responsiveness, relaxation, breath – as it plays a substantial role in any musical activity.

COVID REGULATIONS: 3-G RULE
